Advisory

I undertake a limited number of advisory and consultancy engagements each year alongside teaching, writing, and research. This work is oriented toward discernment, sense-making, and ethical clarity.

Advisory engagements often begin where existing frameworks no longer feel sufficient, and where institutions are seeking to rethink purpose, culture, or direction. Work may take the form of a single reflective conversation, or it may develop into a longer collaboration, depending on context.

I most often work alongside:

• school leadership teams and governors
• education organisations and networks
• youth governance and sustainability initiatives
• civic, philanthropic, and policy adjacent partners
